Responsibilities

• Evaluates, troubleshoots and resolves faults and reported events;Liaises with the software development team and SYSPRO Regional Offices; service delivery and information sharing regarding event resolution at a regional level; Provides specialist technical support in response to issues pertaining to software development, SRS, documentation, software installations and upgrades

Qualifications

• Requires a Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent; With Mathematics about 60% or Maths Lit above 80%
• Relevant Support Certifications would be advantageous
